To the love of words!

Hi Guys. I am insanely excited to be here and starting my own blog for the very first time. Just to give you a little bit of a background on why I have decided to be here sharing my thoughts with you, I actually love to write. You probably are not aware of that, but I have always been a keen English student from school days (granted that was a looonggg time ago!), and I have always kept journals and written several short stories as well as documented my travels. So in a nutshell, with the Covid pandemic hitting the world, like most people, I had more time on my hands and discovered that writing is in fact a passion that I wish to share. I do not have a particular topic or genre that I write about, I just get a thought or an idea and run with it. I would love to bring you all in on this journey of mine. For those of you near and dear I am known as Cal the interior designer. Don't get me wrong, this is still a huge passion of mine and I will be chatting often about that here too, but I also have other loves. Some of them nutty, some of them just me putting thoughts down on a page and some are very definite principles or concerns. Please feel free to comment, I welcome both the good and the bad as I genuinely want to become the best I possibly can be. My views are my views and I will try to the best of my ability to be true to myself. I value your support as I bring my dream to reality.
